1. (We) Studio Space One Ltd, are not acting as agents for You, the subscriber to the Web Site, www.studiospaceone.com. We do not act as agents for the sale or transfer of any work contained on the Web Site, or databases pertaining to the Web Site.
2. You should be aware that any information given, either by application or online registration can and may be posted on the website.
3. Free registration will give You a full entry in SS1's online database for 12 months,
   Free registration will give You:
   • A 450 character positioning statement.
   • A 4500 character personal statement.
   • A set of a 5 portfolio pieces (thumbnail and main images) which must conform to the specifications as defined in term 5.
   • Full contact details and bio to date.
   • A specific ID number and SS1 identity which can be used as a URL (eg www.studiospaceone.com/member/johnsmith).
4. Portfolio pieces must conform to the following:
   • Main images must be of the file format JPG, PNG or GIF, and be less than 85K in file size.
   • If you choose to upload thumbnails instead of auto-generating them, these must be 70 by 70 pixels in pixel size, and also in the format JPG, PNG or GIF.
5. None of the images must, in SS1's opinion:
   • Be likely to offend others with respect to race, ethnic background, revisionism, gender, sexual identity or religion.
   If you have a piece of work that you feel may border on the above, please email a copy of it, together with an appropriate description to the address listed on the contact page. We will then determine whether it is suitable for inclusion within your membership portfolio.
   
   If you feel your work is politically acceptable, non-discriminative and is merely your sole expressive view, but understand some viewers may take exception to the work in question, then it is Your sole responsibility to mark your work in question as 'Explicit' using the facilities provided.
   
   By browsing the work contents of this site You are aware that some content may be inappropriate for under 18s and studiospaceone.com accepts no liability for any offence caused.
   
   Any images which do not meet these conditions will not be included in the submission and You will be asked to re-submit replacement images. If you resubmit images that violate these terms and conditions, your membership may be terminated without notice, and any further application for membership perpetually refused.
6. We reserve the right to terminate Your subscription to the Web Site and remove all Your details and imagery.
7. These terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice. Any changes made to these terms and conditions will become effective immediately and will be available to view on the website.
