Beliefspace Studio

Initially trained as a sound engineer, Stuart Welsh formed Beliefspace Studio in 1998 with funding from the Prince's Trust, to provide a service for musicians who couldn't afford the high fees associated with recording at the time.
After completeing his degree in Media Lab Arts, at the University of Plymouth in 2002, Stuart expanded Beliefspace Studio to specialize in where the disciplines of audio media and new media meet. With a strong background in server applications, programming for new media and the recording arts. Beliefspace Studio, based in Plymouth, also houses a Pro Tools based recording studio. With an array of skills and qualifications in the fields of new media, audio and teaching Stuart is a regular tutor at Deep Blue Sound.
Projects have been diverse and varied, including voice overs for the pharmaceutical giants Pharamex, a complex database driven web site for industrial automation company Barr & Paatz and audio recording and production for many bands and artists.
