Life can seem lonely while you're learning. You know you're good, but is anybody else noticing? And even as a post-grad you may feel you're still struggling for your talent to be recognised.
Here at SS1 we're with you all the way, and as well as constantly reviewing all the work you upload to your online studio space, we'll be choosing the most outstanding new postings every month. And every student stands the chance of winning up to 12 SS1 Awards each year!
As the winner of one of our SS1 Awards, you'll gain credibility and kudos from seeing the special award symbol displayed in the bottom right-hand corner of your space. And to gain an even wider perspective we're also asking our industry contacts to nominate students for awards as well.

As SS1 develops, we're planning to host live competitions on the site that the industry will judge and award prizes for. It's early days yet, but we'd like to see exceptional SS1 students winning anything from work experience opportunities to vouchers or digital cameras on the strength of the work they display on this site.
